How to Cook Hakata Champon 博多チャンポン

Hakata style Champon noodle dish
A Japanese food blogger Tenmori shows you how to cook Champon, a noodle dish originated from Nagasaki, in Hakata style which is a bit different from the original Nagasaki Champon in the latest episode of TENMORI SHOKUDO.


If you were in Okinawa, you can use Okinawa soba’s Yaeyama noodle and Tonkotsu (pork bones) based soup as a substitute to get similar taste.
