How to Cook Oita Style Chicken Rice 吉野の鶏飯の作り方

In a web cooking show called Tenmori Shokudo, a Japanese food blogger Tenmori shows how to cook Oita prefecture’s local cuisine Yoshino’s Chicken Rice.


You just need to fry chicken and gobo (greater burdock root) seasoned with soy source, sugar, and Japanese sake (or cooking wine).

After that, you add them to steamed rice and mix well.
